Meet at the Woodlands Allotment, through a gate on the R hand side of
Dereham Road as you go out of the City just before the roundabout leading
to Sweet Briar Industrial Estate. No need to book, just come along at 12.30

Litterpicking to make these lovely areas better for visitors and for wildlife

A ramble around a special site, bring your camera and the best pics will be used in our newsletter

Sprucing up the wood ready for autumn visitors by litter picking and clearing paths

Mousehold Heath
Conservation work on the heath. Bracken takes over if not controlled so we’ll be discouraging it, otherwise known as bracken bashing!

Clearing paths and any litter in one of our favourite City Woods.

Burgh Castle
Pulling ragwort in the large meadow inside the walls of this old roman fort. There’ll be amazing views over the river and marshes in this picturesque Broads area

The start of our spring clean campaign on Norwich’s beautiful natural areas. We’ll be litter picking and clearing pathways

Mousehold Heath - Walk
A chance to enjoy spring on one of our favourite sites and walk round some of the trails and enjoy a picnic.

One of our favourite City Woods where we’ll be continuing our tidy up by litter picking and clearing the established paths around the wood.

Woodlands Park & Sycamore Crescent Wood
These two sites get the Green Gym tidy up treatment, clearing pathways and litter picking.

Clapham Wood & Wensum Park Island
Another visit to this little wood giving it a “spring clean”  iready for people to enjoy, clearing paths and litter picking

Mousehold Heath
