Whitlingham Country Park
A walk around the lake  to see birds, butterflies and spring flowers. Bring a picnic to munch by the lake side

Mousehold Heath
Walking and surveying for birds butterflies – and enjoying the Spring on this wonderful site.

20th
Skeyton Wood
A new craft for us to practice and a new site to visit. We’ll be making faggots from brash to make pond edge barrier on this wood near Felmingham.

Catton Park
A walk round this historic parkland to try to spot the woodpeckers, maybe a goldcrest and lots of other birds

Come along to our AGM at the Town House 6pm which will be followed by a meal together to celebrate our year’s achievements. All volunteers very welcome.

Bellacre Allotments
April Fool’s Day but we’re not fooling, we’ll be tidying up the wildlife area that we look after

Meeting point: at allotment gate next to the Gatehuse Pub on Dereham Road [opposite the tyre garage] on Dereham Rd First right just after Sweet Briar roundabout.
8th
Breckland Organics Wood
A trip to Shropham near Attleborough to make brash barriers to stop deer nibbling away the new shoots

15th

Lakenham Way
Another Spring ramble along this city centre path that follows the old railway line. A really good site for butterflies on a sunny day, so fingers crossed!.

Apologies, Minutes of the last AGM and matters arising, Chairman’s Report, Treasurer’s Report, Secretary’s Report, Election of Officers. The posts of Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary must be elected each year. Sundays: Grow our own organic food on our allotments
led by George Spencer. The task will vary according to the season.
Meet at the Woodlands Allotment entrance which is through a gate on
the R hand side of Dereham Road as you go out of the City just before
the roundabout leading to Sweet Briar Industrial Estate. 
No need to book, just come along at 12.30

2nd
Marlpit Paddocks
A new site for us, this is an important County Wildlife Site that is gradually being restored to its former glory after some years. We’ll be litter picking this time.

More conservation work to look after this wonderful site and make it better for wildlife and people.

Strumpshaw Fen
A gentle walk to spot the early signs of Spring- it will probably be muddy, so please wear appropriate footwear

Mystery Tour
The first of our walks to discover signs of Spring and enjoy gentle exercise in lovely green spaces. Bring a picnic lunch.
